Cease-fire between Ukraine and Pro-Russian rebels


Ukraine and the Pro-Russian rebels have agreed to a ceasefire that will end almost five months of fighting. The New York Times reported that negotiators representing all involved parties said that the ceasefire was to begin on Friday, Sept. 5, at 6 p.m. local time (11 a.m. Eastern time).
