This week, local Frannies were asked “What is your favorite class this semester?” Here’s what they had to say:

Junior bio pre-med student Nate Rall responded, “I would have to say my favorite is Dr. McKenna’s Human Physiology because we get to learn about the cardiovascular system, and I would like to be a cardiologist.”

“My favorite class here at Franciscan is Philosophy of God, taught by Dr. Gage,” said senior philosophy major Kelenna Obi. “It has made me learn a lot, and it has really challenged me to think about things I have never thought about before.”

Junior theology major Zeke Christiansen said, “My favorite class would probably be my Parish Personal Evangelization class, it’s a Catechetics class … we talk about discipleship … we are learning what it means to be a disciple in the world today, and I feel called to become a better disciple in Christ, and it’s pushing me to be a better man of God.”

“My favorite class is Philosophy of the Human Person, taught by Dr. Joshua Miller,” said Ben Dornan, a freshman philosophy major. “It has helped me a lot with vocational discernment and has given me a lot of insight into what it means to be human; to be called by God.”
